Leo has been facilitating groups since 2003, working extensively with Nonviolent Communication in workshops for the public as well as for organisations. He is a certified trainer with the International Centre for Nonviolent Communication and offers several trainings based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC). For more details click here.

Leo also offers training in the Intuitive Storytelling methods that he has been developing for over 15 years, ushering people into their own ability to receive and tell stories from their inner guidance. He offers regular Introductory Weekends in Intuitive Storytelling as well as four day residential Deepening Retreats. He also offers Intuitive Storytelling Weekends for Parents and Grandparents.

Leo is also an experienced song teacher, and has led hundreds of singing events, both solo and with his wife Stella. Currently Leo and Stella offer monthly singing evenings at Hawkwood College, Stroud.
